Child Support Nightmare!
Here is a comment that I felt should be presented with its’ own post. Anyone; non-paternal, non-custodial and custodial parents who have ever had to try and get something, (Anything), accomplished or ‘CORRECTED’ in the Child Support Agencies’ system, will easily relate to another nightmare situation such as this one…
“Right now my child support is set at 742 a month and my ex wife is an RN that makes more money working one job than I do working to jobs. Even with working two jobs, I still can’t afford a place to live. I can barely afford to eat. I was also told by my lawyer that because I am a man the courts will not give me primary custody of the children. We really need to have the laws rewritten to where if both parents are willing and good individuals, that the custody is set to equal custody. That is what is best for the children.”
