Florida Above the Law
I agree with the obvious sentiments of this testimony below; The State wants to continue getting a piece of the pie as long as possible! Anyone, have any other suggestions as to why they would do this… kindness of their heart?
“I would like to know why the state of florida thinks that they are above the law. the reason I am saying this is because, My child support was supose to end Mar.31,2009. because in my divorce dicree stated when the child turns 18 years of age, my child support was to end. But when I went to the court house, to have a letter written up stateing child support was to end March 31, 2009 so I can send the letter to my employer pay roll, so they can stop takeing it out of my pay. The clerk pulled it up on the computer, and she said that the High School sent the state of florida child support office. And said that my Daughter was still in School. And she said the child support will not end till May 31, 2009. I have always paid my support on time, And I carry health insurance on my kids.what the hell is the divorce dicree for if the damn state will not oby by something that was agreed by two parties. I do beleive this nothing but a scam by the state of Florida.”
