Paternity Fraud

“There is truly something wrong with a system that allows for blatant money squandering and willful, court-supported misdirection (paternity fraud). Why is it so difficult for the American people to see that there is something terribly unfair and quite frankly illegal with today’s “child support” system. The modern day system is nothing more than indentured slavery for the 21st Century. It’s unfortunately a disgusting reality that we all have a duty to help change.”

My name is James (Jim) DeLelys. I have been involved in the Child Support System for nearly 10 years. Over those years I have acquainted myself with countless individuals who have had to bear the burden of a terribly broken and corrupt sytem. It is through 'listening' that I have come to the enevitable conclusion that Child Support Laws and Government interference can not be tolerated anymore.
