Child Support, the way it is now, is not fair at all!
Here is a solution that I saw on the internet a while ago. The woman suggested that both parents are always financially responsible. Therefor she stated that an amount should be assigned to both parents. The wages should be attached of both parents. The money from both parents goes into an account for the child. Get rid of this plaintiff defendant scheme. Make a fair financial determination. If one or the other falls on hard times such as loss of job then provide services to get them gainfully employed instead of incarcerated. If our politicians are aware of a corrupt system why not correct it? In my opinion the reform should include all states. Get the system in sync with each other. This would eliminate this bogus child support enforcement officers department.

I have a 30 year old son and a female already accused him of being her child’s father.
The only thing she did not know is that his mom works for the family court judge.
