PETITION for CHILD SUPPORT REFORM

The following is a comment submitted by someone who signed our petition.

Greetings fellow slaves of the tyrant.

We could probably all write a book of sufferings under this lawless fraud. I was denied due process in a contempt action initiated by the D.A. (deputy female). My ex has tripled her income while mine was cut to a fourth. Three court appointed attorneys withdrew because I was making an argument instead of heeding their incompetent counsel. My discovery requests were completely ignored. My abatement was denied without cause and I was found in contempt because the female judge “pro tempor” said so. I was never notified of my right to appeal nor provided with the information on how to proceed with the appeal. According to oregon law this rendered the judgement moot. The judge raised the monthly amount by twenty percent even though I was in arrears and unable to pay the previous amount. I told my incompetent counselor that the court might as well jail me on the spot because there was no way I could meet their thieving demands but he just took me by the arm and pulled me out of the court room.

Now I enjoy the status of being in violation of the “bench probation” and the DA has issued an arrest warrant on this fraudulent charge.

My thirteen year old son and I have been prevented to communicate since June fifth.
I refuse to serve mammon. That is what they want. I prefer to serve the Lord. Our enemy is bigger than the state or the fed and I will oppose him until my dying day, God willing. Be brave and do not back down to these thieving cowards. Take away their guns and they have nothing.
