U.S. CONSTITUTION vs. CHILD SUPPORT

The mere existence of UIFSA, the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act, is a violation of the U.S. Constitution! Correct me if I am wrong.

Amendment 11 - Judicial Limits. Ratified 2/7/1795. Note History

The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State.

UIFSA - Crosses state lines and empowers states to ‘unleash’ a torment of injustice and corrupt practices, to include Debtors’ Prison; also known as contempt.

My name is James (Jim) DeLelys. I have been involved in the Child Support System for nearly 10 years. Over those years I have acquainted myself with countless individuals who have had to bear the burden of a terribly broken and corrupt sytem. It is through 'listening' that I have come to the enevitable conclusion that Child Support Laws and Government interference can not be tolerated anymore.

I need your help asap. I’m dealing with the vendective mother of my child and she wants to hurt me using child support. I’m virtually homeless and have no income and I live in California.
