PETITION for CHILD SUPPORT REFORM

It is reported by Author Carol Rhodes, former Child Support Enforcement Agent turned whistle blower, that 98% of the men that they handle did not initiate the divorce/separation and did not want it.

In my case the child is not mine, I even know who the Paternal Father is. Ten years into this and I HAVE NOT HAD A PATERNITY TEST. I have paid $28000 plus into this monster. The child has no college fund nor anything else to show for it.

I have had drivers license suspensions, NO NOTICE for six months that it was so.
Bank accounts frozen and emptied.
Check cashing privileges frozen.
Denial of passport.
Seizure of Property and Liens threatened.
Tax refunds taken. etc. etc. ALL WITH NO SERVICE. As quick as an inexperienced clerk can draft an action and have it signed off by a Judge.

Before anyone says, “In order to take an absent parent’s license you have to serve them with a show cause…” or “This is a law in most states but is hardly ever enforced” better check their facts before they speak about things they do not know.

The majority of all cases is where one individual male/female is PAYING FOR a WHOLE Custodial family and not just the child. Many custodial men/women are not getting married again so that they may get the welfare check and a child support check.

Title IV-D gives “Incentives” $$$ to states that collect money.

Clerks with no legal background are awarded commissions and performance demands are set upon them for how many enforcement actions and individuals sent to jail that week; watch Carol Rhodes’ Video.

Arrearages are in great demand because now they can actually make more money off the interest. It has been reported that Arrearages have even been inflated, SINCE THERE IS NO ACCOUNTING that you or I will be allowed to ever see….. who knows??? watch Carol Rhodes’ Video.

There is absolutely no accountability for the money; not with the courts, clerks, county, state, federal level….. all the way back to no accountability with the custodial parent. (male or female.). At least for the Non-Custodial Parent…

Deadbeat Dads??? Wake up. There are Deadbeat Moms also. And the majority of both genders on the paying side do not wish to be a Deadbeat; THEY ARE MADE TO BE ONE!
Talk about discrimination and prejudice…. whew What a racist thing to call someone.

So, before you post, it would be a good idea to do a little research into what is really happening. This petition site, PetitionChildSupportReform com, would be a good place to read about men and women caught up in this lying and corrupt system.

P.S. Want to talk about Amendments 4, 7, 11, 14 I am very familiar with these in particular and I can show you where there is no regard for our U.S. Constitution. It simply does not exist within this system and that is no exaggeration or lie, THAT’S A FACT.
