PETITION for CHILD SUPPORT REFORM

How is This Possible?

I of all people should be one that understands. I have a daughter from a previous and get next to nothing for child support. I don’t really fight it either. I have watched my current husband go through hell for the past 5 years with his ex. When they divorced, she left him AND their 3 small children for a man she cheated with while my husband(her then husband) was deployed. DIdn’t pay a dime of support and my husband didn’t fight her for it. He had the kids and thats all that mattered.WHen him and I got serious, his ex came back into the picture and started putting him through hell in court. Fighting for everything. She was awarded back 50/50 custody. ANd get this, now my husband has to pay her almost 700 per month. SHe is remarried. Doesn’t work, has a house bought and paid for. And has 2 new vehicles sitting in her driveway. I really don’t understand how the system can first of all, award her back custody after she walked out on them. And on top of everything else, she isn’t made to take any financial responsiblity for the children, UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Please take a moment and SIGN for Child Support Reform. You do not have to be directly involved in the Child Support System to Sign this Petition. Yet, we are all apart of the System; if someones’ U.S. Constitutional Rights are being violated, you are being violated. How much more Government interference are you able to put up with? Presently, the Children are always the losers; relationships are being ruined, thousands go to jail and thousands commit suicide each year! I have a daughter from a previous marriage and would never dream of putting my ex into financial hardship my husband's ex puts him in. The system makes it near impossible for a mna to ever have a second family after he has had a first. Not ALL men are deadbeats. ALOT of men are just innocent victims in a mrriage where the wife decides SHE wants out. And these men pay the rest of their lives for it
