I am a Michigan resident and I diligently support the reform of Family laws not only in Michigan but across the Nation. I am also a recording Artist.  My biggest personal concerns driving my own efforts are the break down of the Family unit onset by the jobless rate verses the enforcement policies provided by the Family Court Laws. Concerns which include both an abrasive and psychological effect on our Children. Such medical effects known as PARENTAL ALIENATION SYNDROME which in being inflicted upon our future generations.

In October of 2009 I had produced and distributed abroad a music video titled “KNOW YOU” which was designed to inform not only Americans but to educate the world at large of the horrific events which is taking place in our Country depriving Children of their Parents. Providing the education of the violation of the Declaration of Independence and the 1st, 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendment rights of Americans.  This video is featured on the Petition Child Support Reform website, a Unemployment website in Kentucky ,  AOL India and is vastly growing in popularity.

Please take a moment and SIGN for Child Support Reform. You do not have to be directly involved in the Child Support System to Sign this Petition. Yet, we are all apart of the System; if someones’ U.S. Constitutional Rights are being violated, you are being violated. How much more Government interference are you able to put up with? Presently, the Children are always the losers; relationships are being ruined, thousands go to jail and thousands commit suicide each year! PLEASE USE THE COMMENT FORM TO SIGN LOCATED AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE; Thank You!

You can view my Music video titled "KNOW YOU" here on the PCSR site or from Youtube link : . Spread the word about this video as it will give insight to those who are yet to understand our cause. Information collected in this FORUM can be used as a troubleshooting tool for individuals without an understanding of this situation. Now that we collectively stand together we must utilize our knowledge and abilities to form a stronger committee to advance on our growing concerns of our issues. Remember we stand stronger in numbers. We each stand alone in our circumstance; however, we stand united in our efforts. Education and sharing of that knowledge is important. As we each live in different states and bound by one Federal government, the distribution of knowledge which we each acquire will further our strength. Also, we are governed by two Constitutions, Federal and State. OUR strength is YOUR strength! Child/Parent Alienation Syndrome is caused when a child is unwillfully prevented from having contact with a Parent. This type of behavior is associated typically against a Child and a (Non Custodial Parent) . This form of behavior is onset by the Family Courts and is used as a tool by the (Custodial Parent) negligently to satisfy the means of OWNERSHIP of a Child. It is not uncommon for a CP to withhold visitation or deprive a Child of a relationship with a NCP as means of punishing for the NCP thus also punishing the Child. By engaging in this type of behavior, the CP inflicts upon the child, an abrasive mental and emotional attribute which completely conflicts with the alleged mission of the Family Courts which is suppose to serve in the BEST INTEREST of the Child. Whereas a Court has not deemed or proven a NCP unfit by means of a proven and documented case, there are no grounds or purpose for such behavior. But the Courts will tolerate the extremity of the idea in regards to the abandonment issues which accompanies the many elements of Child/Parent Alienation Syndrome. As a Family Court system enforces Child Support Obligations, the object of the mission becomes more about the obligation than about maintaining and encouraging a quality relationship between the Child and the NCP. As the Support System stands now, the focus is on the arranges which can slip up any individual quicker than any domestic debt like Mortgages, Car Payments, or Credit Cards. Once there is an arranges issue with the NCP, the enforcement then shifts modes to collection of the arranges regardless of the affect upon the relationship between the Child and the NCP. With the absents of "DUE PROCESS" and the proof of "WILLFUL INTENT" to have the ability to pay, this often creates what is a widely misunderstood concept known as the "DEAD BEAT PARENT". For years this concept has been generalized by many to pertain to the Father thus referencing "DEAD BEAT DAD", however, now that more women are becoming the NCP, the phrase is much more generalized these days to include the Mother. In today’s economy, the enforcement aspect of the Courts for Child support leaves many who are willing to maintain there obligation but do not have the ability to do so in a "DEBTORS PRISON" situation. Often the enforcement division does not allow for modification of obligation or is not willing to accept that a NCP is not working. Many times in the "DEBTORS PRISON" idea strikes such fear into a NCP with the feeling of hopelessness and lack of representation from an Attorney, it can lead to suicide or the individual going on the run. In addition, the CP may withhold visitation of a Child due to the conflict of the monetary dispute. The Friend of the Court most of the time separates the issue pertaining to Visitation and Support. The violation of withhold visitation is rarely enforced or is used by the Courts to apprehend an individual in relationship to the enforcement of the Obligation. The CPs who plays with the emotional well being of a Child and the NCP's who has made every effort to resolve any issues raised by the Friend of the Court. So ask yourself, "Who has the most control in this situation"? The answer is unanimously is the Family Courts. Instead of being closed minded to one side of any Family situation, one should educate themselves to every side including the damage being done to a Childs emotional state by the events which the Child does not have a voice in. Every Parent should play a role in raising a Child both emotionally and financially. When the time arises that a Parent is unable to provide, the other Parent needs to understand and cooperate. In the developmental stages, such behavior teaches a Child that Family is about conflict and hurt. That is the leaning experience which they will carry with them in to adulthood and then the process begins all over again. The emotional support is just as important as the monetary support. Playing games using Child may lead to the future resentment of a Parent for keeping a Child from having contact with another Parent not to mention a dysfunctional idea of what a Family unit is suppose be.
