It’s not the courts that are the problem.The way I see it it is the PEOPLE that rule our nation today.And we the people that accept rhetoric that sounds good on the surface without thinking about the words being said,and the loss of freedom that government protection offers.Take for instance the current president calling us brothers and sisters,saying we are our brothers keeper.Probably refering to Cain and Abel who were in fact biological brothers,that is going down the road to communism.This current thought that we need to watch out for one another takes individuality out of the equation.I believe we should all help one another but what is really meant by the fine speeches is the elite controlling the masses.

I’M ALL FOR CHILD SUPPORT REFORM! AND ATTORNEY FINE NEEDS TO BE FREED, if he isn’t already! I’ve paid $44,000 into my original case number, to the Los Angeles County Child Support Services Department (LAC CSSD) as of 2002. In March 2010 my lawyer (who I believe is getting a kick back to keep me paying into the system) has me signing an I-COAP Agreement to pay 10% on $100,000 interests accrued over 28 years. I’m now paying $10,000 in addition to the $44,000 I’ve paid already and my payment history print out from 2002, proves this! To add more drama to the madness, I have 8 different case numbers, court order numbers, Coap agreement #, participant ID #s (which I’m now paying $10,000 to the California State Disbursement Unit. A rep from the LA courts said “This is your ‘participant ID’ that we the courts recognize you by. It’s not your case #.” But I’m making $10,000 worth of payments to this ‘participant ID #’ when I’ve already paid $44,000 into my original case #!) a new case # assigned me by the court and I truly believe therein lies the problem. No one cares to ‘cross reference’ and see that 7-8 #s are actually tied into my original case #, but the courts continue to ’steal’ money because they hold the power! NOT ALL DADS ARE DEADBEAT AND THERE NEEDS TO BE A CHILD SUPPORT REFORM…AND ATTORNEY FINE NEEDS TO BE FREED, if he isn’t already!

Child support in California is not fair for the Fathers. I am currently getting my wages garnished for child support. The mother of my child wants to change counties, now I am getting billed by 2 counties. I am spending endless hours of my own time to try and correct this. I am being billed interest for this as well. If the government stayed out of my business, maybe I wouldn’t be so angry. I have spent lots of money on lawyers that I can’t afford. I have spent money on classes that I didn’t need to take but the mother claimed I did. I have fought to see my daughter and I will continue to do so, but it shouldn’t leave me exhausted of my funds and energy. I have had limited time with my daughter and I have had to fight for what I have now. I shouldn’t have had to fight so hard to just see my daughter. Such BS. I want 50 percent time with my daughter, but it will never happen because the courts are crooked.
