I apologize for not being able to contain myself and my profanity. How much longer, can you as an American Tax Payer, keep funding (paying for) and accepting this kind of abuse of your next door neighbor?
This scenario plays out thousands of times a day across this country.
Bullshit! The reason why an individual can not pay directly to their spouse, or make arrangements without the Court System involved is: THEY ARE ROUTING EVERY SINGLE DAMN DIME THROUGH THE FEDERAL RESERVE!
YOUR TAX’s ARE USED AS ‘INCENTIVES’ TO PAY THE CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT OFFICE TO COLLECT THAT MONEY TO ROUTE THROUGH THE FEDERAL RESERVE.
YOUR TAX’s HELP SUSTAIN THE COUNTY, STATE BUDGETS… They are making money off from OPM Other People’s Money; YOURS.
How much more interference and corruption are you going to put up with???
Start Appealing everything, complain, any legal complaint, appeal, writ, motion, law suit… any and all actions taken should have your U.S. Constitutional Violations at its’ core of action. STOP HAVING YOUR RIGHTS TAKEN AWAY FROM YOU!

we need reform!
Laws regarding child support enforcement should not be able to block me from gaining employment! It’s gone too far! I am trying to do what’s right and they are the cause of me falling further behind! Reform must happen!
ADDITIONAL COMMENT:
I gave up custody of my daughter because I felt sorry for my ex when child support was going after him.. now here we are 5 years later after he promised he would never open a case with them and they are after me. Everything I worked so hard to build has been torn apart by them due to this hit. I just got a letter in the mail saying I missed a hearing that I never knew existed yet they had my correct address to send me the results. Underhanded thieves that is all they are. My not being at said hearing made them able to say my income of 28k a year was almost 50k a year by including free rent which they said was worth an amount I would never be able to pay. There are many other things but it’s too upsetting to go into right now. I hope reform happens soon. I contacted them 3 months ago to have my support adjusted down and this letter says they just adjusted it up. :(

Make the system change
This type of Gov. isnt helping its people with such a simple matter. I owe 18k for a 14 month old baby, im sitting here unemployed trying not to touch money i worked so hard to save up… depression!!! The saddest thing is I went out my way to be a parts of my kids life and the 6k I spent in the 1st 3 months wasnt good enough. Funny cause my mom raised four boys with no father figure.
my partner loves his children and wants to support them,They are living with their mother who is on public assistance. she is not takeing him for child support PA is.After child support and other taxes he has nothing left barely enough to eat. without child support in the picture or at least not takeing so much money he would be able to do much more for his children and hiself .
