I receive no COLA increase and the last time I was able to get a raise was 3 years ago (barely 2%) now I just received a letter notifying me that my CS will go up due to COLA, WTF!?! We only had one car and she took it to move to another state and then filed for CS, claiming I do not want to see her because I do not come and visit every weekend...AND NO ONE FUCKING CARES! I currently work in education and I receive a grand total of about 6% of my income. that means for a two week check i get 66 dollars to live on every 2 weeks I pay my support I pay my arearage but monthly it still goes up our state DES decided too slap insurance on top of that when the mother was the responsible party on the divorce decree, I love my kids and want the best for them yet i never see them...The judge would rather throw me in jail on arears rather then keep me working my job... We have take it back to court 3 different times to get him taken of our health insurance. It's $424 a month for a family! With just me and my husband on it, it's only $140 a month. They rescheduled it twice because she called the day of the court date and said she cant make it. And the third court date she just didnt show so they dismissed it. They take from his disability and neither I nor my Mother have seen a dime of this money!!! but they make sure to send an annual statement to my mother showing how much they took..stating that the public assistance she got (not even coming close to the amount they have taken from him) is being reimbursed. I am now in my own situation where the Ohio CSEA has refused my payment for my children returning my money via check and then immediately placing that amount in arrears tarnishing my credit and charging me more money.....I have just payed this off and they sent me checks for over payment one week ago and now are nailing me for arrears again for $400. ???? what the ###???? how do i go one pay period having over payed to the next minus $400 when they are automatically taking money from my account????? My guess is that they assume I am stupid and do not follow my money and payments and figure this will get our County more money from the Govt. Can I sue them for this? Then (same judge) refused to violate his ex for keeping his son from him. The last time he went to court he was supposed to start a job the next morning and $500 to put toward the back child support, he was denied and was thrown in jail so his support got way behind. These CORRUPT MORONS, including, but not limited to the judges, commissioners, attorneys and paralegals are only interested in driving more revenue for their CORRUPT system in order to maintain their job security. These TAX PAYER funded, CORRUPT MORONS, need to all be FIRED and barred from ever working on the tax payer’s dime again!
