I need to, and want to express a huge apology to the women that suffer and our victims no less, (and sometimes more), then men. People do not conjure up visions of ‘Dead beat moms’ but they are out there as a silent minority… and they are hurting. Less than 2 to 3 percent of the people FORCED into this system meet the ‘dead beat’ stereotype, THE REST ARE CREATED by an unjust system.
This isn’t an excuse; when I started this site I must admit it was personal. My way of crying out for help because I felt alone. But something happened, people started signing and it took upon a character of its’ own. I know that I am at fault for a gender biased website image, because I was the one who originally set the tone; theme.
I did not consciously intend for this to happen, but it did. And for the women who are silently out there, please know how terrible and sorry I feel for ignorantly leaving you behind. I am so very sorry.
I am so grateful and thankful that we are starting to hear from the silent minority of women and they are becoming one with us; “Gender has nothing to do with an ‘Administrative’ System that is able to fly under the radar of the U.S. Constitution and do whatever they want unchecked and unmonitored.”

Talked to James Delelys and we had a good hour conversation on child support. I pay ex-amount of dollars each month and I am collecting unemployment. They base my child support on my last salary I had. I struggle everyday to keep up with bills, my credit is getting ruined my fathers credit is getting ruined from helping me and this is completely completely unfair. Men and Women should be created equal and I agree that fathers should pay support for there children, but when the economy is bad and there is hardship from a job lost, we shouldn’t have to be punished for it and suffer for when we are trying to take of care ourselves as well as our kids. The laws are unconstitutional and a disgrace on how they treat fathers.

Thank you for your willingness to take on this corrupt and family breaking system. The system that is run in part by the very ones that were previous welfare clients, who know how to use the system in their favor. In other words they are still getting a free ride.
My husband is one of these men. He has a (So called) daughter from a 12-year relationship. He had a vasectomy 7 years before this child was conceived. He has a daughter from prior to the vasectomy and his first marriage. He was sexually active with his ex-wife for 5 years following the vasectomy without conception. He was sexually active with the mother of this second child for 4 years without conception. All of the sudden, she wants to have a baby and turns up pregnant. She told people he had his vasectomy reversed. He has been paying child support on this child for 6 years now. She is 13. Mom keeps coming after my husband for everything under the sun. I believe the child is not his. He believes the child is not his. I have three grown children and 4 grandchildren. This girl resembles her mother, but my husband just is not in there. He believes he knows the man she belongs to, an old boyfriend of her mother’s. We can’t afford the legal fees to get out of this situation. All we need is a paternity test and we can get the child support stopped and the truth to come out. This kid has no idea who her biological father really is. Is this fair to her or to my husband? We could definitely use some help here.

I have been paying child support for my two oldest (ages 19&22 who were born in Germany while i was in military) for nearly 4 years through the GA. Office of Child Support. My ex-wife found out she could get more money by going through the German system ,who have done everything possible to get as much as possible from me,and the Ga. Office of Child Support Enforcement has obliged with no questions what so ever. This week i recieved a notice that i must pay $772.04 a month for my soon to be 20 yr.old who is of self support age, last known was not enrolled in school. I was informed that even though the German Court determined i owed $38,000 in arrears ,that once my son reached age of emancipation ,i would only have to pay $ 380.00 a month until arrears are paid off.
