TURNER v. PRICE
TURNER v. PRICE is a case that we need to keep track of and rally behind. This case was Docketed: June 29, 2010 and is set for argument on Wenesday, March 23, 2011 to see if this case will be allowed to be heard in the U.S. Supreme Court. Briefly: Does an ‘Indigent’ non-custodial parent have the right to counsel when confronted with a Contempt of Court Hearing?
This is an extremely important case for every American. And to ensure that this Petition does not subject itself to any violations of the law, we will not post any details or quote any information obtained from outside resources.

Our Prayers and voices are behind this case. We Truly hope that our U.S. Supreme Court will hear this case and uphold Our United States Constitution. This violation of the People’s Constitutional Rights has been going on far too long and needs to be stopped.
It is with fervent Prayer that the U.S. Supreme Court will recognize that this case involves ‘Debtor’s Prison’ and ‘Coercion and Abuse of Power by a Judicial System hell bent upon collecting money to route through the U.S. Federal Reserve.’ (not to mention collecting American Tax dollars for Federal Incentives to supplement Govenmental Budgets.).
Michael D. Turner, Our Prayers are with you. Amazing that being any one of the following in this Country makes you a ‘criminal’:
In debt
Indigent
A Father

I am VERY happy to have found this site. I too, at this time am in the process of defending myself against treasonous malfeasance of the child support system in Va.
I AM 100% in FAVOR … YOURS TRULY
I’ve fought system for over 10 years. It has broken me financially, emotionally & the court has systematically stripped my children completely out of my life
getting a divorce was the single most devastating time in my life. it was akin to being tried for a crime. i was totally reliant upon my incompetent lawyer and it cost more than it was worth. that was about 35 yrs ago and my former wife and son also bear the scars of that horrible period.
It’s unbelievable that the Supreme Court is concerned about cost, but not so much about a man serving jail time without representation! Really…..Really??!!! We all know how screwed up the child support system is, why don’t we fix it instead of pondering how much it is going to cost us! It’s crazy. Basically what we just said was only people with money have civil rights!!! The US Constitution is ONLY for people with money that can afford council!! WOW……..WOW…
ADDITIONAL COMMENT:
My man you have hit the nail on the head! I too, according to the state I live in have overpaid some $19,000. In the past year. Do you think they offered to send it back? Lol I was told that I was eligible to call for a modification. Again, like you, I have so much garnished, I can’t afford to hire representation! It is utterly absurd! In a nutshell the real problem is we are working and trying to support our children. If we were deadbeats, do you think the state would bother to go after out wages? Right. I mean really, if a normal family made 300k a year, do you think they would spend 100k on their child??!!! Then why are we being garnished at that rate? That my friend is absurd! Totally crazy! I wish I had advice to give you, but instead you will have to settle for my thoughts and prayers! Good luck and God Bless you and your family.
